Event Description:
Chautauqua Founder, Warren Nelson, brings his latest production back to the Big Top stage after debuting it to great acclaim in 2014. Take Me To The Islands is an original musical celebration of the Apostle Islands. Like Riding the Wind, it is a multi-media extravaganza featuring an all-star band. “This show is a people’s history of those who immigrated here, a portrait of daily life, work and play, from the Ojibwa’s arrival to present day, a song of why we all love it here,” says Nelson. Also plays July 2.
