Event Description:
This is an historic reenactment of Lacrosse including opening ceremonies, clinics,
drills, scrimmages and a community game.  Dr. Thomas Vennum, author of "Lacrosse,, Little Brother of War" and Jason Schlender will talk on the Anishinaabeg
view of lacrosse.
Location:
Saturday will take place at the LaPointe ball diamond and the Rec Center.
Sunday will take place at the Madeline Island Museum.
Date/Time Information:
Saturday August 25 from 9:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M.
Sunday August 26 from 10:30 A.M. 3:00 P.M. with a book signing
by Dr. Thomas Vennum starting at 1:30 P.M.
