Life in the Apostles — Bob Nelson hosted by Mike Wiggins, Jr.  Join Robert J. Nelson, a lifelong Bayfield resident who spent his childhood summer days on Rocky Island as the son of a Norwegian commercial fishing family, for stories that span the Apostle Islands and the Lake Superior. Hosted by Mike Wiggins, Jr., this program will feature stories of commercial fishing, Madeline Island moments, family fish camps at Rocky Island, and Lake Superior adventures that remind us, “The Lake is Boss.” Bob is the author of several books and articles spanning the histories of the Apostle Islands, Bayfield Peninsula, and Chequamegon Bay.
